First time out to sea!

Our first adventure took us a little over 20 miles out to sea where we learned what not to do when trying to catch a mooring ball! Do not drop the pole!!!! Luckily we had a second one and were able to get the one in the water and attach the boat to the mooring ball quickly! It will take some practice. It was a beautiful day and a great first experience.

 Being new at this is a little stressful, but mostly it is a way for us to enjoy our time together by doing something we are so very excited about.

That night as we enjoyed the company of some new friends from the marina, clouds rolled in and we had a wonderful show of rain, darkening skies and then a gorgeous sunset.

Life is good!
